Mednax acquires Bethesda Radiology Associates, terms not disclosed

Mednax announced the acquisition of Bethesda Radiology Associates, Inc., a private radiology physician group based in Boynton Beach, Fla. The practice will integrate with Radiology Associates of South Florida, a Mednax-affiliated physician practice located in Miami and serving all of South Florida. This was a cash transaction and it is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings. No additional terms of the transaction were disclosed.
