Avid Bio nixes poison pill provision

Citing its enhanced corporate governance, the board of Avid Bioservices (NASDAQ:CDMO) has accelerated the expiration of its Stockholder Rights Plan, or poison pill, to today. It was originally due to expire on March 16, 2021.
