UnitedHealth : Optum Rx partnership with TennCare provides diapers in first of kind pharma benefit

 This program provides 100 diapers per month for children under the age of two enrolled in TennCare or CoverKids at participating pharmacies across the state.

• To receive the diapers, parents or guardians must show the child’s pharmacy ID card (or the mother’s pharmacy ID card for newborns) at a participating pharmacy.
• Through the Optum Rx pharmacy benefit, TennCare will cover select diaper brands and various types and sizes of diapers. There is no prescription needed, and no cost or copay to the member.
