Coinbase reported on Thursday that some of its services were experiencing delays.
In a notice on its status page, the company said it was investigating an issue that caused delays for some users receiving on-chain transactions, and dispute handling has been halted until all required information is provided.
Coinbase reassured users that funds remained secure and that teams are "actively investigating the root cause" of the disruption. "We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available," the report concluded.
