Houthi leader: New Israel clashes 'certain'

 Houthi movement leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi warned on Friday that new rounds of conflict with Israel are "certain" and "inevitable," as "enemies" are seeking "to create rifts in Muslim nations."

In a televised speech, the rebel group's leader accused Israel of "killing, abducting Palestinians on a daily basis," adding that it is preparing, with the United States' support, for new escalations in the Middle East. "We must be ... prepared for what is coming," he emphasized.

Furthermore, the movement's head slammed Arab countries that are seeking normalization of relations with Israel. He particularly criticized Egypt's natural gas deal with Israel, labeling it a "major sin" and a "shameful deal."
