International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) announced on Wednesday that its revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 climbed 12% to $19.69 billion, above the market consensus.
The company reported that net income for the three-month period rose 91% to $5.6 billion, or $5.86 per diluted share.
"2025 put IBM's durability, resilience and differentiation on display. Our portfolio mix, integrated value, and rapid innovation drove higher revenue growth and double-digit profit and free cash flow growth," James Kavanaugh, IBM senior vice president and chief financial officer, said. "We are excited about our prospects for 2026 as our disciplined execution and unwavering focus on productivity will continue to enable us to invest in the future while returning value to shareholders."
