Operations at Russia’s Murmansk Bulk Terminal and Commercial Seaport were temporarily suspended due to power disruptions in Murmansk and the nearby city of Severomorsk, according to Interfax.
The bulk terminal said the shutdown was a deliberate move to reduce electricity consumption and free up capacity for residents and other areas currently without power, Interfax reported.
