Pezeshkian asks youth not to be deceived by 'rioters'

 Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian asked the Iranian protesting youth on Sunday not to be deceived by "terrorists and rioters."

While addressing the public regarding the country's ongoing unrest, Pezeshkian claimed that "terrorists" were brought into Iran "from abroad." He acknowledged the right to peaceful protest, but condemned the rioting, which he claimed is supported by the United States and Israel.

"Families, I beg you, do not let the youth mix with rioters and terrorists who come to behead and kill people ... Let us sit together, hand in hand, and solve it," he concluded.
