Netanyahu: Time for other countries to join against Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared on Sunday that it is time for other nations to join the fight against Iran, speaking from the southern Israeli city of Arad a day after it was struck by an Iranian missile attack.

Surveying the site of the attack alongside Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, Netanyahu noted that air raid sirens had blared ten minutes before the rocket struck, yet some residents did not make it to bomb shelters. Framing the ongoing conflict as an "existential struggle," he pressed international leaders to step up alongside Israel.

"We are engaged in a struggle related to our existence," Netanyahu said. "It is time to see the leaders of the rest of the countries join up against Iran, and some are already beginning to move in that direction."
