IDF chief says Iran op 'halfway through'

 The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir (pictured) stated on Saturday that the campaign in Iran is "halfway through."

"In about a week, on Passover, the holiday of freedom, we will continue to fight for our freedom and our future," he said in a video statement. Commenting on yesterday's attack on the United States-United Kingdom military base in Diego Garcia, he warned that Iran's ballistic missiles could reach "the capitals of Europe - Berlin, Paris, and Rome are all within direct threat range."

Zamir concluded by saying that he had approved new battle plans against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
