Moleculin Biotech reports positive interim Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial data in relapsed/refractory AML with higher remission rates vs control

  • Preliminary unblinded interim results are from Part A of Moleculin's pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial.
  • Both Annamycin dose arms produced markedly higher complete remission rates than control in relapsed/refractory AML patients.
  • Independent data monitoring committee reviewed Part A data and recommended the study continue as planned.
