Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova accused the European Union on Thursday of seeking to undermine "emerging political and diplomatic" processes to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
At the same time, she stated Moscow would announce the timing of diplomatic discussions about the United States-backed Ukraine peace proposal.
Zakharova also described the recent "leaks" and "rumors" about the US peace plan as attempts to disrupt the diplomatic process.
