Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday that Russia will revise its negotiating position following an alleged drone attack on President Vladimir Putin's state residence.
"At the same time, given the final degeneration of the criminal Kiev regime, which has switched to a policy of state terrorism, Russia's negotiating position will be revised," Lavrov declared, speaking to reporters.
However, during the same press briefing, Lavrov assured journalists that the Kremlin would "not withdraw from the negotiations process with the United States," suggesting that while Russia may change its stance, it remains open to continued diplomatic engagement.
