Baxter International shares plunge about 14% today after a Q4 earnings miss and weaker-than-expected 2026 EPS guidance of $1.85–$2.05. The company posted a Q4 2025 net loss of $1.04B on $2.97B revenue (+8% YoY) with adjusted EPS down 24% to $0.44 amid goodwill impairment and higher tax charges, reported a wider 2025 full-year loss of $957M on $11.24B.
