Iran threatens to hit enemies anywhere if attacked

 Iranian Parliament's National Security Committee head Ebrahim Azizi reaffirmed on Thursday that any "reckless action" will be met with a "painful response."

In a statement, Azizi warned Iran's opponents that "if they make a miscalculation and undermine [the country's] security, we will strip them of their security wherever they may be in the world."

He insisted that Tehran "already defeated the enemy" in the Strait of Hormuz once, and will do it again if necessary.
