Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that some partner countries are delaying the delivery of air defense missiles to his country.
"To be honest, at some point, our partners began to hold back air defense missiles, and we still can't get the full volumes we need," Zelensky told journalists, adding that Ukraine is having difficulties in obtaining missiles for the American Patriot air defense system.
Furthermore, he claimed that Ukraine will not be able to finance a military of 800,000 people after a ceasefire, although one of its main goals is to have a powerful military. "That's why I'm holding a dialogue with the leaders, because I'm considering partially funding our army from our partners," he pointed out.
