Buckingham Palace: Ready to help police in Andrew case

Buckingham Palace announced in a statement on Monday that it "stands ready" to assist the Thames Valley Police in checking claims about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor allegedly sharing confidential documents with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, while he was serving as the United Kingdom's trade envoy.

"The King has made clear, in words and through unprecedented actions, his profound concern at allegations which continue to come to light in respect of Mr Mountbatten-Windsor's conduct ... As was previously stated, Their Majesties’ thoughts and sympathies have been, and remain with, the victims of any and all forms of abuse," the Palace said.

It is alleged that in 2010 and 2011, the former prince told Epstein about his visits to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, giving details on investment opportunities.
