Iran's security chief Mohsen Rezaei has privately shown openness to discussing the country's nuclear issue, The New York Times reported citing two Iranian officials and an American official.
The report said Rezaei has been negotiating with the Qataris alongside Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
