An Iranian lawmaker said on Thursday that the streets of Europe and the United States were filled what he described as “foot soldiers” ready to punish politicians in the US, Israel and Europe for their actions.
“People in the streets of Europe and the US are foot soldiers ready to punish politicians in the US, Israel and Europe,” Mohammadtaghi Naghdali said.
He called for Iran to use all available means, including missiles and covert operations, and said a nuclear warhead was an “inalienable right.”
He also said the fallout from recent negotiations had violated the leader’s orders, accusing Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi of disclosing the substance of US Vice President JD Vance’s letter.
Naghdali said the disclosure contributed to oil prices falling from nearly $120 a barrel, while Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei had kept the letter confidential.
