French Riots, Islamic Terrorism, and Civil War

 by J.B. Shurk

The propaganda press continue to lie about the fiery riots spreading across France.  Both European and American outlets have described the violent insurrections as spontaneous gatherings of students who are upset about dilapidated, overcrowded schools and poor curricula.

These descriptions reek of CNN’s attempt to portray Black Lives Matter and Antifa’s 2020 summer of mass arson, looting, and murder in the United States as “fiery but mostly peaceful protests.”  The BLM/Antifa attacks caused more property damage than any other riots in American history.

What’s going on in France could end up being much worse than the BLM/Antifa terrorism in the U.S.  French revolutionaries have been burning down schools and setting public buses and fire trucks ablaze.  They have looted shops and stalked and preyed on women walking alone.  They have attacked strangers with fireworks, mortars, and hydrochloric acid.  They have beaten numerous teachers, doused some in gasoline, and set a few on fire.  They have injured hundreds of law enforcement officers and firefighters, as well as students who want nothing to do with the mayhem.  One witness to the destruction described the scene as “total anarchy” and “total war.”

While the propaganda press pretend that this war is merely a “student uprising,” pictures and video tell a different story.  The perpetrators/revolutionary soldiers are young, but most are not white.  They appear Middle Eastern or North African.  They chant, “We are all antifascists!”  They carry Hamas and other foreign flags.  Whether they are French citizens or not, these thugs have nothing but contempt for French authorities.

One murderous group kicked and beat a young female police officer for sport.  As the gang chased and tripped the trainee-cop to the ground, her attackers screamed, “Bitch!” and, “Kill her!”  They nearly succeeded.  Video of that incident prompted fierce open-borders-opponent Marine Le Pen to write, “The image of this young policewoman, pursued by a pack howling its hatred, thrown to the ground and assaulted, is unbearable.”

In another incident, attackers wearing masks and hoods chased, knocked down, and beat a police officer until he was unconscious.  The masked revolutionaries continued to kick the unconscious officer in the head and nearly killed him.  The local police union described the attempted murder bluntly: “This is no longer anti-cop hatred.  IT IS A HUNT FOR COPS.”

The propaganda press insist that these violent riots have nothing to do with anti-white racism or Islamic supremacy.  It is an unassailable fact, though, that almost every victim of these predatory attacks has been a white native of France.  French politician, pundit, and essayist Éric Zemmour argues, “This has nothing to do with bad school conditions.  Plain and simple.  These are ethnic riots, and demographics is destiny.  Without remigration, this is the fate of all Western European nations.”

Jordan Bardella, president of France’s National Rally political party, has called the riots “barbaric” and “an expression of extreme violence against representatives of the state, and of a hatred of France that we must fight without weakness.”

Regional authorities representing France’s Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur released this statement: “Mortar fire at staff, vehicle fires, gates torn down, stoning and intolerable intrusions: this is not protest….Those who burn our high schools are attacking the Republic.”

The regional president of Pays de la Loire, Christelle Morançais, wrote: “The same wreckers everywhere.  The same violence everywhere.  The same political exploitation everywhere.  This is not the youth of France.”

Over at The Federalist, John Daniel Davidson writes, “The riots in France last week stand as a warning to the United States and all western countries: mass immigration will split your country in two, and the two sides will eventually go to war.”

If these violent riots are not the first battles in a French civil war, then they are at least a dress rehearsal for the main event.  As Zemmour and Davidson argue, what is happening in France will eventually spread across the West.

British political activist, writer, and free speech advocate Paul Weston posted a disturbing assessment of the dangers that loyal citizens of the United Kingdom face:

“Just to make you fully aware of our position as white Brits living in Britain: 250,000 armed Islamic men could wipe out most of the population of Britain within 48 hours.  Communism and Islam killed millions in the 20th century.  Our current Home Secretary is a revolutionary communist and Islamic fundamentalist.  She is now engaged in importing weapons trained Palestinians and Afghans.  250k possible Afro-Islamic soldiers illegally crossed the channel over the last few years and now reside, at vast government expense, in military barracks and hotels strategically placed across the country.”

On Sunday, for instance, British police officers cleared the streets of an entire town and confined residents to their homes, so that they could assist foreign nationals arriving on another illegal migrant boat from France.  Strikingly, this police action occurred in the Royal Navy harbor towns of Gosport and Portsmouth, where many patriotic British veterans live.  A Reform UK member of the Hampshire County Council, George Madgwick, called it “heartbreaking” and further evidence that “Britain is broken.”  British authorities went out of their way to restrict the freedoms of patriotic Brits, while aiding human traffickers in their smuggling operations.  Securing the pipeline of military-aged Muslims moving from France to the U.K. is apparently more important than securing Britain’s borders and keeping the kingdom’s people safe.

Weston observes that the British government has spent an enormous amount of time and money moving an army inside of the kingdom that puts the British people in an incredible amount of danger.  The “conditions DO exist for mass slaughter,” and the government is responsible.  Weston believes the outrageous expense and massive logistical considerations required to transport so many hostile foreign nationals into the United Kingdom suggest that authorities are intentionally and malevolently endangering the public.

Over at the Conservative Treehouse, Sundance notes that the French rioters/revolutionaries have called for renewed attacks on what’s being called Tuesday’s “National Day of Action.”  That date rolls right into the macabre anniversary of Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack on Israel.

Although the propaganda press have defended Hamas terrorists as “freedom fighters” and “soldiers,” they are nothing of the sort.  They are vile rapists, torturers, and mass murderers.  Forced to confront the efforts of complicit members of the press to hide “the horrors that Hamas carried out,” Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu released a small sample of gruesome photographs three years ago that showed “babies murdered and burned by the monsters of Hamas.”

Then-U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken was shocked by the brutality: “Babies slaughtered.  Bodies desecrated.  Young people burned alive.  Women raped.  Parents executed in front of their children, children in front of their parents.”

Israeli security forces later published videos of interrogations in which Hamas terrorists admitted that they had been ordered to dismember and decapitate everyone and to rape the women, including corpses.  Human Rights Watch has condemned Hamas’s grotesque actions on October 7 as “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity.”

Nevertheless, the propaganda press largely excused Hamas’s barbarity and has continued to describe the Islamic terrorists sympathetically, while condemning Israel’s subsequent self-defense.

Hamas supporters are rioting across France.  Hamas supporters have been transported across the U.K. and placed in government-provided housing.  Hamas supporters control towns across much of Europe.

Sundance looks at this boiling cauldron of future bloodshed and warns Westerners everywhere — particularly those in France and the U.K. — to expect Islamic terror attacks on October 6 and 7.  He argues that the recent arrest of military-aged males outside the RAF Fairford base was likely a rehearsal for an attack meant for this week.

Remain vigilant.  Be prepared.  Stay safe.  Due to the suicidal actions of Western governments, the enemy is already inside the gates (and most likely receiving taxpayer-funded food, stipends, and housing).

AppLovin allegedly served ‘obscene’ ads to kids, ‘graphic depictions of sex’: lawsuit

Digital advertising giant AppLovin has allegedly been serving sexually explicit and violent ads in games played by kids – all while bypassing parental controls meant to shield them, according to allegations in a bombshell lawsuit filed on Monday.

Filed in California state court, the lawsuit alleges that AppLovin – a $100 billion company that helps software developers sell ads and monetize their apps – has been “exposing children to graphic depictions of sex, violence, and sexual assault delivered directly to their mobile devices through games designed for and rated as safe for children.”

Alarming screenshots included the lawsuit show a variety of scantily-clad cartoon women in sexually suggestive situations including bondage, as well as ads for alcohol, vaping devices and cannabis gummies that appeared in games that were rated “E for everyone” on Google’s Play Store.

“While parents do everything they can to protect their kids playing mobile games from harmful content, AppLovin strips away those digital safeguards and steers obscene advertisements to children anyway,” according to the lawsuit filed by San Diego County officials.

AppLovin representatives did not respond to a request for comment.

San Diego County has accused AppLovin of violations under California’s False Advertising Law and Unfair Competition Law.

Its lawyers are seeking injunctive relief as well as unspecific restitution and civil penalties.

AppLovin’s internal policies state that the company does not “knowingly collect personal information from children or serve advertisements to children,” according to its website.

The lawsuit accused AppLovin of collecting vast troves of kids’ data through a technique called “fingerprinting” to target children. The information gathered was allegedly “precise enough to pinpoint where kids live, where they study, and whether they are sleeping.”

“AppLovin has turned child-friendly mobile games into a surveillance platform that tracks childrens and adults alike, monetizes their personal information, and deploys a deceptive user interface to mislead and coerce users into generating revenue for the company,” the lawsuit says.

The Silicon Valley company, which was once in the running to buy TikTok, has increasingly faced scrutiny over its data practices since last year.

San Diego’s lawsuit cites investigations compiled by short-seller firms Fuzzy Panda, Culper Research and Muddy Waters, which “collectively alleged that the company collected data from children and showed obscene ads in games played by minors.”

In October 2025, The Post reported that state regulators,  including staff from the attorneys general from Delaware, Oregon and Connecticut, had reached out to multiple short sellers, seemingly as part of a preliminary investigation into AppLovin.

The current status of those probes could not immediately be learned.

Elsewhere, the Securities and Exchange Commission launched an investigation into AppLovin’s advertising practices last.

However, the company’s CFO Mat Stumpf said last August that the SEC’s investigation had closed without any enforcement action.

AppLovin has strenuously denied any wrongdoing – with its CEO Adam Foroughi going as far as to write a blog post disputing the short sellers’ allegations in February 2025.

“It’s disappointing that a few nefarious short-sellers are making false and misleading claims aimed at undermining our success, and driving down our stock price for their own financial gain, rather than acknowledging the sophisticated AI models our team has built to enhance advertising for our partners,” Foroughi said at the time.

The new lawsuit coincided with the launch of San Diego County’s new Consumer Fairness and Public Protection Unit, which also announced lawsuits targeting Roblox and Polymarket over apparent violations.

“People should be able to trust the products they buy, the apps their kids use and the companies they deal with,” San Diego County Boar Chair Terra Lawson-Remer said in a statement.

“Families are already stretched thin by the cost of living. They should not also have to pay the price when companies mislead them, misuse their information or put their kids at risk,” Lawson-Remer added.

Video Shows Abdul El-Sayed Stating He Has ‘Dual Citizenship’ in Egypt and US

Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed told a Detroit audience in 2016 that he has "dual citizenship" in the United States and Egypt, according to previously unreported video. It's the second time he's been documented making the claim, even though his campaign now claims he was never a dual citizen.

El-Sayed made the remark about his dual citizenship onstage at a GlobeMed conference in Detroit, where the far-left Democrat served as the city's health director at the time.

"I carry dual citizenship, and I grew up spending most of my summers in another country where I understood what it meant not to have the right to self-govern," said El-Sayed, whose parents emigrated from Egypt to the Detroit area in 1978.

El-Sayed went on to tell a story, one he still tells on the campaign trail a decade later, that he was questioned by Egyptian police during one of those summer visits for publicly cursing Hosni Mubarak, Egypt's president at the time.

The newly revealed 2016 video marks at least the second time El-Sayed has publicly claimed to have Egyptian status. His academic résumé stated in 2014 that he was a citizen of the United States and Egypt, the Washington Free Beacon previously reported.

El-Sayed's campaign told the Free Beacon, which reported in January on the dual citizenship claim made on his résumé, that El-Sayed was mistaken about his citizenship status.

"Abdul is not a dual citizen by any verifiable metric and never has been," campaign spokeswoman Roxie Richner told the Free Beacon. Richner said that El-Sayed was "told as a child that his grandfather had pursued Egyptian citizenship on his behalf, for which he was eligible due to his parents being born in Egypt." But that person, whom the campaign has not identified, was wrong, according to Richner.

"This was an error based on what he was told by family members secondhand," said Richner. "When he tried to verify this later on in life, he and his family were unable to find any documentation to verify this claim."

In 2014, El-Sayed was working as a public health scholar, and false statements on a résumé, including ones about ethnic identity, are considered a grave offense in academia.

El-Sayed's campaign did not respond to questions about his 2016 statement. The Democrat has repeatedly attacked his Republican rival, Mike Rogers, for owning a home in Florida.

Born in Michigan in 1984, El-Sayed has said his father, an engineering professor at Eastern Michigan University, left Egypt to pursue his academic studies and because he was a "democracy agitator" who had run afoul of Egyptian authorities.

El-Sayed's biological mother, who divorced his father when El-Sayed was three years old, settled in Missouri and works in the health care field. She worked for years at a nonprofit group, the Islamic American Relief Agency, that was sanctioned in 2004 for funneling money to al Qaeda.

El-Sayed has expressed mixed feelings about his ancestral homeland. He has criticized secular Egyptian presidents like Mubarak and Abdel el-Sisi, while praising its Islamist leaders. In 2012, he signed an open letter alongside "leaders of the Egyptian community" that urged the repressive Muslim Brotherhood and then-president Mohamed Morsi to "purge the media and police" in order to solidify the Islamist group's power.

El-Sayed has referred to Bassem Youssef, an antisemitic pundit who claims Israel was behind 9/11, as a "fellow Egyptian."

"He's hilarious," El-Sayed said of Youssef.

The candidate has faced other questions about his foreign ties. According to his financial disclosure, El-Sayed owns rental property in the United Arab Emirates and has an outstanding debt to an Emirati developer behind a "resort-style" community that boasts "a stunning lagoon and white sandy beaches."

White House plans $100M PhD push as NIH loses scientists: Bloomberg

The Trump administration plans to put more than $100 million toward education programs for U.S. researchers in science, technology, engineering and math, Bloomberg reported Oct. 7.

President Donald Trump will announce the initiative at an Oct. 8 White House summit, an administration official told Bloomberg. The money will fund fellowships for science and engineering PhD programs. The funding will support science and engineering PhD fellowships aimed at producing more U.S. citizens with advanced research training.

The administration also plans to bring back the National Science Foundation’s Young Scholars program three decades after it ended in 1996. The federal government will invest $30 million, while Jane Street and other outside backers will contribute $50 million.

A separate initiative will focus on the NIH’s early-career research workforce. The federal workforce shed more than 10,000 STEM PhD holders in the administration’s first year, roughly 1,100 of them at the NIH, Science reported in January 2026.

The investment will “help to ensure America keeps leading the world in discovery,” Michael Kratsios, director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, said in a statement.

The push comes as federal policies have reduced the number of international students in U.S. doctoral programs. Nearly 4 in 10 science and engineering doctoral students in 2024 were international, federal data shows. PhD admissions dropped 15% year over year, according to the Association of American Universities.

Doctoral programs have also struggled with federal research grant cuts and freezes. Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins University, a major training ground for biomedical researchers, saw its federal funding drop nearly 45% this year. The administration has also sought cuts to NIH and NSF budgets, and set new limits on graduate student borrowing.

In addition, the Department of Homeland Security proposed Oct. 7 a $70,000 fee for foreign students applying for F-1s, a widely used post-graduation work visa, plus $30,000 more for a STEM extension.

DME fraud cases top $1.5B since May

Federal prosecutors have secured guilty pleas or prison sentences in at least six durable medical equipment fraud cases tied to more than $1.5 billion in claims since late May, and CMS has barred 11 DME suppliers from Medicare Advantage payments.

The cases follow a familiar pattern: telemarketers target Medicare beneficiaries, practitioners sign orders for orthotic braces without examining patients and DME companies bill Medicare for equipment no one needed. Becker’s tracked DME fraud actions against 10 people between March 24 and May 26.

CMS imposed a six-month moratorium on new Medicare enrollment for certain DME, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies providers in February, citing more than $1.5 billion in suspected fraudulent billing stopped in 2025.  The moratorium expired Aug. 27, according to the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association. On Sept. 8, CMS barred 11 DMEPOS suppliers from future Medicare Advantage and Part D payments, citing more than $3.4 billion in suspected fraudulent billing in 2025 and 2026.

DME schemes also featured in the Justice Department’s 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown, announced June 23, which charged 455 defendants in connection with more than $6.5 billion in alleged false claims. One defendant, Ibrahim Hilmi, is accused of submitting more than $3.7 billion in false claims for urinary catheters and other DME that was never provided.

Here are six DME fraud sentencings Becker’s has reported since late May:

1. Jean Wilson of Richmond Hill, Ga., was sentenced to 120 months in prison for her role in a $136 million scheme involving two telemedicine companies. Ms. Wilson paid kickbacks to practitioners to authorize unnecessary orthotic braces and prescription drugs, then sold the signed orders to marketing companies for about $90 per beneficiary. She was ordered to pay $66 million in restitution, the Justice Department said in a June 30 news release. Her husband was previously sentenced to seven years for his role.

2. Michael Kochen of Aventura, Fla., and Sandro Herek of Coral Springs, Fla., were sentenced to 204 months and 92 months in prison, respectively, for a $35 million scheme billing Medicare Advantage plans for unnecessary orthotic braces. Mr. Herek supervised call centers in Egypt and other countries that cold-called elderly beneficiaries, and physicians issued authorizations based only on call recordings. Medicare Advantage plans paid more than $19 million on the claims. Both men were convicted at trial.

3. Kenneth Kessler III of Miami and Michael Gomez of Miramar, Fla., were sentenced to 33 months and 24 months in prison, respectively, in a $34.8 million orthotic brace scheme run through seven DME companies. The pair shifted billing across companies to evade Medicare payment suspensions, the Justice Department said in a Sept. 4 news release. Both pleaded guilty in May to conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.

4. Steven Richardson of Port St. Lucie, Fla., was sentenced to two years in prison in a $110 million scheme billing Medicare for unnecessary orthotic braces. Telemarketers were paid per order to target beneficiaries, and medical staffing firms recruited physicians and nurses to sign prepared orders, often without contacting patients, the Justice Department said in an Aug. 20 news release. He pleaded guilty in April 2024.

5. Herbert Kimble, 60, pleaded guilty Aug. 11 to conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and failure to appear in a $1.2 billion telemedicine and DME scheme. Mr. Kimble fled to the Philippines after missing his 2024 sentencing and was captured June 8. He and prosecutors agreed to a sentence of 15 to 20 years in prison, and he agreed to pay nearly $200 million in restitution.

6. David Antonio Becerril, MD, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, was sentenced to 40 months in prison for signing orders for genetic tests and back, knee, shoulder and ankle braces for Medicare patients he never treated. Telemedicine company Real Time Physicians billed Medicare $4.1 million for his orders. Dr. Becerril spent an average of 26 seconds reviewing each order, according to trial evidence, and was ordered to pay $1.25 million in restitution.
