Healthpeak Properties forms $2.1 billion outpatient medical building joint venture with Brookfield

 


  • Healthpeak will sell a 49% stake in an 86‑property portfolio for about $1.025 billion
  • Healthpeak retains control of the assets and will continue managing the outpatient medical building portfolio
