ChatGPT users from across the world reported experiencing issues with the platform on Saturday, including inability to log into their accounts and load conversations.
OpenAI confirmed it was "experiencing issues" and seeing "elevated error rates," but noted that it "applied the mitigation and are monitoring the recovery." The company noted that the service is still working with a "degraded performance."
The issues affected ChatGPT, as well as OpenAI's APIs and its command center for agentic coding, Codex.
