The United States asked Ukraine to suspend its strikes on Russia during CIA Director John Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow, Axios reported Tuesday, citing an unnamed source familiar with the situation.
Neither Washington nor Moscow has officially confirmed that Ratcliffe travelled to Russia, which would mark the first visit by the CIA chief to the country since 2020. The CIA director is said to have flown to Moscow via Latvia on board a US government C-17 plane.
