Bausch + Lomb launches Ocuvite Eye Performance vitamins in U.S.

Bausch + Lomb, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bausch Health (NYSE:BHC) has launched Ocuvite Eye Performance vitamins in the U.S.
Ocuvite Eye Performance eye vitamins were formulated with seven vital nutrients that help strengthen the macula, which protects the eye from stressors such as sun light and blue light emitted from digital devices.

AbbVie selects second target under CytomX collaboration

CytomX Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CTMXannounces that collaboration partner AbbVie (NYSE:ABBV) has selected a second target under their 2016 agreement aimed at discovering and developing ProBody drug conjugates.
The action triggers a $10M milestone payment to CTMX.
The companies are also advancing a clinical-stage candidate, CX-2029, a Probody drug conjugate against a cell surface protein called CD71.

NeoGenomics to build new facility in Florida

NeoGenomics (NASDAQ:NEOintends to build a cancer diagnostics testing facility and new global business headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida.
The new facility is expected to open in 2021.
The 150,000-square-foot laboratory and headquarters facility will also support clinical trials for new oncology therapeutics.
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and Lee County have offered the following economic support:
Florida state capital investment tax credits, tax refunds and Lee County community support.

Cara Therapeutics initiates mid-stage Oral KORSUVA trial

Cara Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CARAcommences a Phase 2 trial of Oral KORSUVA (CR845/difelikefalin) for the treatment of pruritus in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).
The study will enroll approx. 240 adult subjects with AD.
The primary efficacy endpoint is the change from baseline in the weekly mean of the daily 24-hour Itch Numeric Rating Scale (I-NRS) score at Week 12 of the treatment period.

Sandoz extends SYMJEPI injection launch to US pharmacies

Sandoz, a Novartis (NYSE:NVS) division, announces the US retail launch of SYMJEPI (epinephrine) 0.3 mg and 0.15 mg Injections. It will be now available in local pharmacies across the nation.
SYMJEPI is a single-dose, pre-filled syringe and device combination as an alternative to epinephrine auto-injectors for the emergency treatment of allergic reactions (Type 1), including anaphylaxis, a severe reaction that can lead to death if left untreated.
Sandoz launched SYMJEPI 0.3 mg Injection in the institutional (hospital) setting earlier this year.

Titan Pharma up on Probuphine distribution deal with CVS

Thinly traded nano cap Titan Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TTNP) is up 12% premarket on light volume in reaction to its agreement with CVS Health unit CVS Caremark for the distribution of its Probuphine (buprenorphine) implant for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
Financial terms are not disclosed.

Allscripts offers a new platform for health data transition

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (NASDAQ:MDRXannounces FollowMyHealth, as a platform for existing Microsoft HealthVault users to transition and share their health data with family, friends or their home care team when required.
FollowMyHealth offers an option to export their existing data and continue tracking their health online or through its mobile apps. HealthVault will be retired on November 20.
