Oracle Corporation revealed on Tuesday that its revenue for the third quarter of its fiscal 2026 jumped by 18% in constant currency to land at $17.2 billion, surpassing analysts' expectations.
In the reported quarter, its GAAP diluted earnings per share increased 24% from the corresponding timeframe a year before, coming in at $1.27. Its net income stood at $3.7 billion, rising 18% year-over-year.
Looking ahead to the last three months of 2026, the firm projected total revenue growth of 18% to 20% on a constant currency basis. For our Cloud business, it anticipated a strong jump of 44% to 48% in constant currency. Oracle maintained its fiscal year 2026 guidance of $67 billion in revenue and $50 billion in capital expenditures, while raising its 2027 revenue outlook to $90 billion.
