United President Donald Trump's administration subpoenaed the 2020 voting records of Arizona's Maricopa County, Arizona State President Warren Petersen confirmed on Monday.
In a post on X, Petersen declared that "late last week I received and complied with a federal grand jury subpoena for records relating to the Arizona State Senate’s 2020 audit of Maricopa County." He confirmed that "the FBI has the records," claiming that "any other report is fake news."
Furthermore, Politico reported that the administration had also obtained the records from Georgia's Fulton County.
