Iran to resume attacks on Gulf, ready for 'long war'

 Iran's Supreme Leader's Foreign Policy Adviser Kamal Kharazi told CNN on Monday that Iran is ready for a "long war" and willing to resume its attacks on the Gulf countries aimed at building enough economic pressure for other countries to "intervene to guarantee the termination of aggression of Americans and Israelis against Iran."

"I don’t see any room for diplomacy anymore. Because [US President] Donald Trump had been deceiving others and not keeping his promises," he said, warning that "his war has been producing a lot of ... economic pressure on others, in terms of inflation, in terms of lack of energy, and so if it will be continued, this pressure will be built up more, and therefore others have no choice but to intervene."
