Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping adopted on Wednesday a declaration on the formation of a multipolar world and a new type of international relations.
Following bilateral meetings amid Putin's visit to China, the two leaders participated in a signing ceremony, during which they signed a joint statement on bolstering a comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation.
Moreover, Russian President Vladimir Putin's Foreign Policy Assistant Yury Ushakov told reporters that the joint statement represents a "massive program" that defines the key aspects of the development of the "entire complex of multifaceted" bilateral ties between Moscow and Beijing.
