Amgen Q2 revenue tops projections at $10.1B, up 10%

 Amgen Inc. revealed on Tuesday that its revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 came in at $10.1 billion, up 10% on an annual level and above market projections.

In the three months ending June 30, year-over-year, net income and diluted earnings per share (EPS) surged 65% to $2.3 billion and $4.37, respectively. In the first half of fiscal 2026, compared to the same timeframe in 2025, revenue jumped to $18.6 billion from $17.3 billion. Net income and diluted EPS skyrocketed from $3.1 billion to $4.2 billion and from $5.84 to $7.71, respectively. The company also said it expects its full-year 2026 total revenue to be in the range of $38.2 billion to $39.4 billion.

"As we expand the potential of our existing medicines through new indications and advance the next wave of pipeline molecules through Phase 3, we remain confident in our ability to deliver growth well into the next decade," CEO Robert Bradway said.

The firm's stock was 0.43% higher in after-hours trading after the release of the report.
