A fire broke out at the gas facilities in Saudi Arabia's Jubail Industrial City after the site was targeted, the Anadolu Agency reported, citing Arab sources.
Meanwhile, Iran's Mehr news agency, which also cited unnamed sources, said that a "loud explosion" was heard in the Jubail region.
The reports weren't immediately confirmed by any official statements.
