Trump Media's Truth Social Funds announced on Friday that it had filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for two exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF will target CRO, the native cryptocurrency of the Cronos ecosystem, and staking rewards tied to this asset. The other one, Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF is designed to track investment results "corresponding to the combined performance" of Bitcoin and Ether, and Ether staking.
Crypto.com will serve as the digital asset custodian, the liquidity and the staking services provider for the ETFs, the company said. The launch of the ETFs is subject to SEC approval.
