NextCure to merge with Avere in all-stock deal, $320M private financing and CVR

 


  • NextCure shareholders expected to own about 1.21% of renamed Avere Therapeutics, Inc. after completion of the merger
  • Deal structure includes a contingent value right tied to monetization of NextCure’s pipeline assets
