Approximately 20 commercial vessels navigated the Strait of Hormuz in the past 24 hours under the escort of the US Navy, Axios reported, citing an anonymous US official.
In addition, it was claimed that several ships transited the crucial waterway without coordination with US forces.
Iran, on the other hand, declared the Strait closed again, "until further notice," blaming Washington for violating the ceasefire and attempting to interfere and guide vessels to use routes not approved by Tehran.
