Oculis to buy full global rights to Privosegtor, ACT‑02 from Accure for $3.8M plus up to 2.05M shares

 


  • Deal converts Oculis’ prior royalty-bearing license with Accure into an outright asset purchase agreement.
  • Transaction covers lead neuro‑ophthalmology candidate Privosegtor and preclinical compound ACT‑02 from Accure Therapeutics.
