Saudi Aramco has told at least two European refining customers that they will receive no contracted Saudi crude next month following the drone attack that shut the kingdom’s East-West pipeline, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
The pipeline has partially restarted, but a full restoration is expected to take around six weeks, according to Bloomberg.
European refiners are seeking alternative supplies, with Poland’s Orlen issuing more than 10 tenders for replacement crude, the report said.
