Musk: We'll be producing more chips than we can turn on

 Billionaire tech mogul and the world's wealthiest individual Elon Musk estimated during his speech in Davos on Thursday that "we'll be producing more chips than we can turn on" possibly as soon as the "end of this year."

"The rate of AI chip production increases exponentially," Musk remarked, while also noting that the demand for electricity production has risen sharply in recent times, driven by strong demand from the AI industry. "AI companies will seek as many customers as possible, which means they'll provide AI to the world," he stressed.
