Soros Fund Ups Stake in Microsoft, NVIDIA, Apple as Part of Q4 Moves

 Hungarian-American investor George Soros's Soros Fund increased its stake in Microsoft (MSFT), NVIDIA (NVDA), and Apple (AAPL) as part of its Q4 portfolio positioning changes.

The global asset manager and family office added ~161K shares of Microsoft's common stock, ~118K shares of NVIDIA's common stock, and ~66K shares of Apple's common stock to its portfolio.

Other notable stake increases were made in Exelon (EXC) (~488K shares), Electronic Arts (EA) (~318K shares), Atlassian (TEAM) (~216K class A shares), Uber Technologies (UBER) (~119K shares), and Salesforce (CRM) (~55K shares), the fund disclosed in its latest 13F filing.

Meanwhile, Soros Fund cut its holdings in Snowflake (SNOW) by ~168K shares, Circle Internet Group (CRCL) by ~151K class A shares, and Interactive Brokers (IBKR) by ~813K shares.

During the quarter, the fund initiated a position in New Gold (NGD), DigitalBridge (DBRG), Blue Owl Capital (OWL), Exact Sciences (EXAS), and Xcel Energy (XEL), among others. It exited KeyCorp (KEY), CareTrust REIT (CTRE), Cipher Mining (CIFR), and KKR & Co. (KKR).
