Anthropic PBC is weighing an initial public offering (IPO) as early as the fourth quarter, The Information reported.
Bankers project the artificial intelligence (AI) company could raise more than $60 billion in the IPO.
Lawyers and bankers involved in IPOs reportedly expect Anthropic to move ahead of rival OpenAI, which is also preparing to file in late 2026.
