Speaker of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned Iran's "enemies" on Monday that any attack on Iran will be met with "several" retaliatory strikes.
"The enemy promotes its desires as news while threatening our nation at the same time. Big Mistake," Galibaf wrote on X, adding that the Iranian people, "under the leadership of the Supreme Leader [Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei], will make the enemy regret the aggression and reclaim their rights."
Earlier, United States President Donald Trump suggested that Ghalibaf is negotiating on behalf of Tehran with Washington.
