Russian strikes hit Ukrainian energy grid, ship

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that it conducted new strikes targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure, logistics centers, and vessels in the Black Sea, stating it successfully hit a warehouse facility for the storage of military and dual-use goods in Kharkiv, among other targets.

In addition, the ministry said that an electrical substation in Lutsk in western Ukraine was struck, adding it was used to "support the operation of military-industrial enterprises—including those manufacturing UAVs and their components."

Moreover, Russia said a vessel carrying military cargo for the Ukrainian army was struck while sailing toward the port of Chornomorsk on the Black Sea. The incident came shortly after Turkey warned both Russia and Ukraine to immediately cease attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea.
