Nick Shirley finds the Somalis are behind suspicious taxi services too

Four days ago, the New York Post reported on Scott Besssent’s guess that “10%” of the U.S. budget is scammed away from American taxpayers, but I think that’s a gross underestimation of the real magnitude, as Nick Shirley, the young man with a cellphone who just blew the lid off the tens of millions of dollars being defrauded from us and into the pockets of Somalis for their “learing” centers, has also now discovered their involvement in suspicious medical transport companies too:

After that, Nick and his dad David went and spoke to a neighboring business, who did know Safari, but said it was…a money-wiring service:

And, according to another X source, “Safari” has boarded up windows and no parking—odd for a “transportation” company whose bread and butter is…large vehicles:

So Safari does exist…on paper as a medical transport company…and reportedly receives millions in taxpayer dollars to provide medical rides. But, what it actually does is wire money (out of the country perhaps?) at least according to the business next door.

Now that, I actually believe.

So we’ve got the “learing” centers, we’ve got the questionable medical transport companies, but then, we’ve got some Arabs in New York (I wonder if they’re Somali too?), who just plead guilty to a whopping $68 million scam involving adult daycares:

Manal Wasef and Elaine Antao, both 46, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud for referring Medicaid recipients to two Brooklyn social adult day cares and a home health company in exchange for illegal kickbacks and bribes, the US Department of Justice announced on Thursday.

 

Wasef and Antao are two of eight people initially accused of mounting the yearslong kickback and bribery scheme to defraud the state program.

Owners Zakia Khan and Ahsan Ijaz, as well as Oasmneah Hamdi, Ansir Abassi, and Amran Hashmi, were among those charged. Wasef and Antao are the sixth and seventh scammers to plead guilty in the case.
