Kymera completes enrollment in Phase 2b BROADEN2 trial of KT-621 in atopic dermatitis, accelerating topline data to year-end 2026

  • Completion of BROADEN2 Phase 2b enrollment positions KT-621 atopic dermatitis program for Phase 3 initiation by mid-2027.
  • Kymera appoints Baker Brothers’ Felix J. Baker as chairman, while co-founder Bruce Booth remains on the board.
