The United States House of Representatives approved a housing affordability measure, sending the legislation to US President Donald Trump for his signature.
Lawmakers passed the bill, titled the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, 358-32, following an 85-5 vote in the Senate on Monday.
Trump has voiced support and is expected to sign the measure into law.
