Celldex Phase 2 barzolvolimab trial in prurigo nodularis fails primary and key secondary endpoints

 


  • Celldex will discontinue development of barzolvolimab for the prurigo nodularis indication following Phase 2 results.
  • Company will maintain ongoing Phase 3 barzolvolimab programs in other diseases despite prurigo nodularis study failure.
