Centene beats, ups guidance

 

Centene beats Q2 estimates with adjusted EPS $2.51, revenue $53.58B, raises 2026 EPS and revenue guidance above consensus

  • Adjusted EPS $2.51 rose 1669% YoY, while revenue $53.58B grew 10% YoY in Q2.
  • Centene now targets 2026 adjusted EPS of more than $4.80, above prior consensus expectations.
  • 2026 revenue guidance increased to $193.5–$197.5 billion, also above consensus, supported by Medicare and Commercial strength.
