EyePoint's DURAVYU Phase 3 LUGANO trial in wet AMD misses primary BCVA endpoint, shows non-inferiority in ad hoc analysis

• Non-inferiority achieved in ad hoc analysis excluding an asymmetric vision-loss cohort versus on-label aflibercept comparator.
• DURAVYU delivered strong secondary endpoint results in LUGANO despite the primary best-corrected visual acuity endpoint miss.
• New Drug Application filing now planned for 1H 2027, pending data from the LUCIA study.
