Kyndryl (NYSE: KD) announced an agreement to acquire Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC, an enterprise IT services provider focused on hospitals and health systems in the U.S. The planned transaction is intended to enhance Kyndryl's ability to deliver AI‑led business modernization for healthcare providers and payors.
According to Kyndryl, combining its infrastructure and AI capabilities with Healthcare IT Leaders' consulting and application managed services expertise will allow healthcare organizations to work with a single provider across clinical, operational and workforce applications, platforms and IT environments. The deal, with undisclosed financial terms, is expected to close in the second quarter of Kyndryl's fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory review.
