United States President Donald Trump has submitted a nuclear cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia to Congress for review while maintaining that the deal depends on Riyadh normalizing relations with Israel, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing an administration official.
The 30-year accord would give US companies a leading role in developing Saudi Arabia's nuclear infrastructure.
Its submission is expected to trigger debate in Congress.
