Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan cautioned Iran on Saturday against launching additional missiles toward Turkey.
Fidan spoke at a press conference in Istanbul after an informal meeting of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) foreign ministers council in Istanbul. During his remarks, he also said United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio assured him Washington has no plan to arm Kurdish groups in Iran.
His comments came after the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) intercepted a missile that had entered Turkish airspace earlier in the week, although Tehran denied targeting Turkey.
