A unit commander of Ukraine's 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade complained to President Volodymyr Zelensky about the state of the Ukrainian army, RIA Novosti reported on Sunday, citing Russian intelligence sources.
"He cited failed mobilization, excessive bureaucracy, and the presence of officers without combat experience as key problems," the outlet claimed.
Earlier today, Russia struck the Naftogaz energy complex in the Sumy region, causing a fire at the site.
